We envision a world where physical operating compliance is managed with the same commitment as digital and financial risk, and we plan to be the platform to support as many organizations as possible in delivering that commitment to safety, so they can better save time, save money, and most importantly, save lives.

  • Dave McCrady

    CEO & Founder

    Dave McCrady, CEO & Founder has 25+ years of experience leading enterprise B2B worldwide development teams, managing operating budgets & delivering quality products to market around the globe. He has a proven track record of building successful products and high-performing teams from the ground up. During his 17 years at Mitel, Dave led the custom development organization, working directly with sales to build enterprise solutions to meet the specific requirements of customers worldwide and let him to working in the Office of the CTO to help shape the future of the business and technology.

  • Rebecca Wormleighton

    COO & CO-Founder

    Rebecca Wormleighton is the COO at Zendelity, a senior business leader with over 25+ years of experience, in B2B enterprise product marketing and management in the hospitality, customer experience, telecom, and analytics space. Prior to Zendelity Rebecca was responsible for leading Mitel’s Enterprise Marketing strategy and IBM’s cross-brand Analytics and Mainframe world-wide go-to-market strategy. She brings to the team at Zendelity a passion for building new markets, championing new opportunities and a successful track record.

Our Journey

Zendelity was established in 2009, as a custom application development business.

2011

We introduced our first product, Zendelity Guest Messenger, an advanced communications solution that integrated the business phone system (PBX) with a cruise ship’s property management system (PMS). Over the following years, Zendelity continued to evolve Guest Messenger and sell to the cruise industry through a partnership with Mitel Networks. In 2018 one of our cruise customers came to us looking for a better way to manage fire watch onboard the ship, so we built them Zendelity Patrol.  

2019

Patrol helped manage the compliance of almost 200K fire watch patrols onboard the ship, and the success of finding a better way to manage physical operating compliance was born. During this time, we identified a key gap in the property technology stack. Not only did businesses need a better way to manage fire prevention, but also a better way of managing all aspects of compliance like environmental, health and safety, commercial insurance, brand standards, etc. Most businesses still rely on paper to manage compliance, leading to increased errors, risks, costs, and inefficiencies. It was at this time we began working towards a solution designed for the operations teams responsible for managing the safety of commercial facilities.

2020

In March 2020 the time was right for Zendelity to pivot and start to reinvent ourselves as a business due to COVID and it’s impact on the cruise industry. We used this time wisely, to put our business plan into action, and developed Command Center in conjunction with our early adopter anchor customers including Carleton University, Norristown Area School District, C&W Services and Ottawa Carleton District School Board.

2024

As 2024 approaches we are now preparing to enter the next phase in our journey, leading the market in physical operating compliance and showing the world how eliminating the paper helps save lives, money and time!
